Can I rent for exactly the number of nights I need, without a monthly minimum?
Yes. There is no monthly minimum. You can book from 1 night onwards, but online booking may be restricted for short stays. The rate automatically adjusts to your length of stay — the longer you book, the lower the nightly rate. If you extend your stay before arrival, we apply the better rate for the total period; extensions after arrival cost the same rate as your initial booking.
What if I want to leave before my booked departure date?
You are free to leave early. However, as we generally cannot re-let the apartment on short notice, we do not offer partial refunds for unused nights. We encourage guests to book the minimum number of nights they are certain about, and then extend if they wish and if available.
Is internet reliable enough for video calls and remote work?
Yes. Each apartment has its own private Wi-Fi router and an Ethernet port, with about 100 Mbps available per apartment. HD video calls and Full HD streaming need only 5–15 Mbps.
